Each is capable of standing on its own, and each benefits from the other two — a development we build often becomes a property we manage, and a solar system we design is frequently engineered directly into a project from the ground up.
RAR Builds LTD develops multi-unit residential properties from the ground up — starting with land acquisition and entitlements, and carrying through design, permitting, and construction to a completed, tenant-ready asset. Depending on the project, RAR may hold 100% ownership, structure a joint venture alongside investors, or manage a subcontracted build while retaining ownership throughout. Every project in our pipeline is tracked publicly, phase by phase, from pre-development through completion.

We also manage property for independent owners across multiple provinces, holding it to that same standard — leasing and tenant placement, day-to-day maintenance and contractor coordination, rent collection, and transparent owner reporting.
